Agile Leadership Program
Are you (partly) responsible for the change of your organization to an agile organization with an agile way of thinking and working? Do you see changes as a challenge? Are you motivated to get people and organizations moving and to help them increase their agility and impact? With this agile leadership program you will learn everything about leadership in change and your role as a manager in the new organization. You will improve your skills and learn how to use them effectively in agile transformations.
The program includes the following topics:
- Employees and yourself learn to deal with the uncertainties that change brings
- dealing with self-organizing teams
- organize the organization in such a way that there is more focus on delivering value
- improve team cohesion and collaboration
- creating a safe environment,
- changing culture, mindset and behavior
- change strategies and transformation approach (AMIGOS model)
- creating Amigos, friends of change
During the program you will be in good company. You will learn the profession from professionals and exchange knowledge with managers from other organizations. The trainers aim to inspire and share their knowledge and experience. More than 25 years of experience is bundled in this program and you will receive it as baggage.
Inhouse Agile Leadership Program
For leadership teams, we also provide this training in-house. Together you work on creating a high-performance leadership team that will effectively work together on changing their own organization.

Who is the Agile Leadership Program for?
Team leaders, team coordinators, department managers, CxO and board members who are responsible for one or more Agile teams. Managers who would like to spar and share experiences with managers from other organizations.
What knowledge should I already have?
We expect participants in this training to have knowledge of Agile thinking and working methods and to work in an organization where these issues are relevant.
What else do I need to know?
- During the training you will receive several books and a number of fun and useful games.
- The training does not include travel and accommodation costs.
- We start with an intake interview to tailor your needs and wishes as closely as possible to our offer.
