This program is for architects who want to deepen their role in agile organizations, as well as for those who already act as agile architects and want to broaden their knowledge, increase their personal impact and exchange experiences with peers. Your background in architecture is valuable, but most important is your motivation to make organizations more adaptive and to use architecture as a lever for change.

We expect participants in this training to have knowledge of the Agile way of thinking and working and to have experience with Agile working in practice. It is also valuable if you work in an environment where you can apply what you have learned directly. Finally, it helps if you have a clear motivation for participating in the program.
