About Amigo's

Amigos is our label. Under this label we work together on our vision of transformations, share what we have learned and form a community together. Amigos are the friends of change as we like to call ourselves. And Amigos is also the name of the model, a navigation tool for transformations to agile organizations.

Our logo shows what we stand for, colorful, creative and playful. The A leans a bit to the right and gives a push in the back for the Amigos. The M shows that we do it together, hand in hand. The S stands for that collaboration, but also shows that it is supportive. We catch you where necessary. And then of course the 3 dots that together form 3 figures, the three amgios Jeroen, Edwin and Els.

Jeroen finds inspiration in the development of the field around Agile and wants to transfer that inspiration to others. He does this by creating and helping to grow an Agile community within and across organizations. Jeroen connects people with a shared passion and stimulates potential entrepreneurship in people, teams and organizations. An important driving force is the growth of the Agile Mindset as a basis for successful Agile Transformations. With more than 20 years of experience in consultancy, training and coaching, no challenge is too big for Jeroen.

Els Verkaik

“Change can also be fun”

Els is all about people enjoying their work and being happy with what they do, then the results will follow automatically. As an Agile expert and passionate change agent, Els helps organizations on their way to agility. Characteristic are her creative, pragmatic style, enthusiasm and teamwork. With her experience as a manager and coach, she helps people, teams and organizations to jointly expose the underlying patterns and initiate the desired movement.

Edwin Clerkx

“Vision is not a point in the future but behavior in the here and now.”

Discovering together. That is what drives Edwin as a coach, trainer and (Agile) change manager. He sees wanting to be happy as the driving force for our existence. Edwin works in a creative and profound way that is based on trust and mutual connection. Through his experience as a manager and professional coach, he knows how to combine both business and personal interests in a trajectory.
