What’s in a name

To ensure the crew buys into your change program, think of a good name that sticks with everyone. It’s a good idea to let the crew come up with the name. You can hold a contest for the best name or set up a booth in the company restaurant for people to submit ideas. Or create a digital suggestion box for ideas. You can also sit down with a small group to brainstorm. It’s a fun activity to do together. Get inspired by others. Examples of names for change programs include: From A to Better, Fast Forward, Doing Together, The Next Step, Back to the Future, or with a bit of humor: Project X, Titanic, or Mission Impossible.

Or use a project name generator (yes, they exist!). Enter a few keywords, and it generates suggestions, often amusing ones! How about Quick Trade, Fresh Wind, or Step on the Gas? Hopefully, something good comes out of it, if not, at least you had a fun afternoon together and a bit of a laugh.
