Agile organizations put people, their knowledge and passion central. This is necessary to change the organization and make it better fit the constantly changing environment. Together you create an inspiring place to work for.
Ensuring lasting change is not something you do alone. We want to leave the time when leadership is something for a few in an organization behind us. We stand for our own people in the organization to become friends of the change. We call them Amigos.
They are your friends along the way, the ones you travel with. Amigos don’t just happen spontaneously, you have to “create” them by giving space, inspiring, training and coaching. That’s what we do.
We create friends of change
Our goal is to enable you and your organization to continuously deal with change. We teach people to learn faster and to continuously improve. So become agile yourself.
Our method is always custom-made. One size fits all is not in our dictionary. Together we look at the challenges the organization is facing. Based on that, we determine the approach and the path to the intended goal. Of course, from enthusiasm and a large trunk full of experience, bundled in our book Expedition Agility and our AMIGOS model.
Our starting point is to make ourselves redundant by transferring as much knowledge as possible and coaching people and teams to independently continue with continuous improvement. Your own AMIGO crew!
Owning your change process, that is our product
There are several ways to ensure improvement power in your organization. For example, we offer in-house Agile Champion training courses where we help employees become an Agile Champion, or Amigo, who can play a leading role in the change.
As a forerunner in the change process, we initiate and accelerate the change together with the other Amigos in your organization. The Amigos together form a strong, growing community that together ensure the anchoring of the new way of thinking and working.

Together for a green earth
We believe that together we can make both organizations and the world around us a little better. Amigos.nu is committed to sustainability and strives to be as CO2 neutral as possible. We do this by not printing the training material on paper, but making it available digitally, reusing our posters as often as possible, having the training sessions take place close to a station and by working together with Treesforall to make the world greener and more liveable. This means that for every participant in one of our training programs we plant five trees in one of the Treesforall projects. In the meantime we have already planted 650 trees! The 40 tons of CO2 that we compensate with this is equivalent to the emissions of 4 families in the Netherlands. We also compensate the CO2 that we still emit with this. For example, when a trainer comes to the training location by car to transport the training material.
Organizations we have worked with
We have worked with the following organizations to shape the change. Sometimes by coaching the teams in agile working, other times we help with the design of an agile organization. What we always do is help the organization to continue the change on its own strength.
