Agile champion program (in-company)
Organizations that want to increase their agility and effectiveness with the help of agile need critical mass to change the corporate culture to one in which change is embraced and continuous learning and improvement is part of the DNA of the organization. Who is the Agile Champion program for?
Whether you are a manager, agile coach, scrum master, product owner or team member, the agile champion program is for everyone who is intrinsically motivated to make the organization a little better every day and to inspire and motivate others to do the same.
What knowledge should I already have?
We expect participants in this training to know what Agile is and to have some practical experience with Agile.
What else do I need to know?
- The Agile Practitioner certificate is not part of the training, but you will be prepared for it so that you are able to obtain this certificate.
- During the training you will receive several books and a number of fun and useful games.
- The training excludes travel and accommodation costs
